Hi There….just picked up my FX4 Ford Ute and when I sync my phone through bluetooth it keeps saying iphone 2. Can I change this to my name as I would also like to blue tooth my husbands iphone as well

Thanks for sharing is it not possible to use CarPlay on my Ford Focus Titanium Edition 2020 Model as when I connect it to my car and unplug the apple usb cable I can only have CarPlay when it’s attached by the usb cable.
Thanks Paul, great video. I have the SYNC3 on my 2019 Ecosport. Love the car but I keep on losing my GPS and the map goes crazy. Is there any adjustment I can do for this problem? Thanks again.
Hey Paul love your reviews, quick question whilst playing music, do notifications still come up as in when there’s a red light camera or when you a navigating finding an address does it still mute the music momentarily before resuming?
Two great features not mentioned with Sync 3. First, if you hold the voice button down you can access Siri or Google Assistant bypassing the in-built voice control. Secondly, CarPlay and Android Auto integration, means that all the icons will change in that bottom row and if you press maps it will go to Apple or Google Maps, same with the phone button. Plus Android Auto will send directions to the screen in the cluster. Best integration I’ve seen.
The one thing annoys me with the latest Ford Sync system and is such a let down is 'everything' is touchscreen. The tune knob is so redundant and should be used to scroll through the menus or radio channels. Honestly if there was a way to reprogramme the tune knob to use as a scroller through the infotainment, I would buy the latest Focus
Needs to be able to save favourite phone numbers on the screen somewhere! Is this an option I don’t know about? Just bought a ranger FX4 (first ford I’ve had)

It is called SYNC 3.4. I thought you were a CarExpert.
SYNC does not allow you to use inbuilt navigation while using Android Auto/ CarPlay. Otherwise a great system.
