  1. I think that is what lost in today’s cars is feel…Never driven a Singer but I have driven late 80’s and early 90’s air cooled 911’s( a 930 and a 964) and yes they were fast but the handling and sound is what made me a fan…also only sports car I can punch my 6’4 250 frame in.

I’m now 51 and I managed to get into but looked like Secretariat being born trying to get out of my friends McLaren 357 recently…lol

  2. "The Monks of this Monastery of the 911 have prostrated themselves before their icon, and anointed it with exquisite gifts."

The man weaves a tapestry of words that in my lifetime I have no hope of matching.

This is easily my favorite video that James ever did that wasn't a part of his "Cars of the People" special.

  3. all i want in a car is simply:
    manual gearbox
    hydraulic steering
    rear wheel drive
a few electronic things like ABS, radio and satnav.

  4. I would love to see the Singer version of a 1970 Buick GSX Stage 1.
Carbon fiber body panels, C7 suspension all around and magnetorheological shock absorbers.
    A balanced 455 V8 mated to a 6 spd manual.
What car would you want "Singer'd"?
