  1. I am an owner of Toyota land cruiser 2016 VXR chassis no JTMHX05J4G4126330 plate no 60825 Sharjah. Paid 280,000/- AED for the car
    My car is always maintained in al Futtaim service center with all the service history available in Toyota I made a complaint in Toyota to replace the steering wheel which leather had pealed off because of the hot weather in UAE and I think Toyota should be aware of this problem but my warranty claim was rejected on basis of saying from them that it is physical chipped off by me which is not at all true.
    When I ask for a written claim rejection I am informed that this is not possible.
    We have been using the car for a long time and this is my first experience with Toyota unfortunately we are not getting the marot of service from a world renowned car manufacturer that is Toyota
    You are requested to investigate this matter with the true facts and figure to solve this issue being faced by me from the service dealer ship with al futtaim
    The person handling the car at 80,000 km was Mr Sohail mobile no 00971543257490
    The person handling the car at 90,000 km was Mr Jinu mobile no 00971558043965
    The person rejecting is the claim is Mr Ilyass the service manager
    I have also spoken to customer relation person was Ms April and after two days she is also giving me the same story as of the service advisor
